Erica is a gem. I spent 12 weeks going through sessions with her and graduated stronger and better equipped to face my challenges in life through a Biblical lens and a thankful heart. She went above and beyond to find resources that would support me in my unique life circumstances. She gave growth assignments so that I had tools throughout the week to refer to in between sessions. She was organized, punctual and professional. She had a great balance of listening and teaching, empathizing and equipping.
