Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour cancelation notice of a counseling appointment. This will allow for another person to take advantage of the counseling hour.

Appointments can be cancelled by emailing or text.

Two cancelled appointments allowed. A third cancelled appointment constitutes permanent termination of future counseling sessions.

We collect a $25 deposit that we will return to you upon faithful completion of counseling. One no-call/no-show or cancellation within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will forfeit your deposit.
